This is gonna be a quick and dirty update…These past couple of weeks have been a little hairy. My ankle/lower leg has become very bothersome so I went to the doctor. No running, bike only on trainer or flat routes, no kicking in the water, wear a brace, and ice it all the time were the orders. I had to go to physical therapy two days a week. I went this past Friday. My PT says that my progress has been great. I go back to the doctor on Tuesday so hopefully she will give me the all clear. I’ll get better at updating, b/c having to play so much catch-up sucks. The injury sidelined me a good bit. Then work and little man kept me from getting some training in other days.
And FYI…when you put on a wetsuit for the first time, you realize why superheroes all wear what they wear…you feel invincible.
